No Land Is More Enchanting Than Palawan Daylight Hole Cave

Palawan is an archipelagic province of the Philippines that is located in the region of MIMAROPA. Its capital is the city of Puerto Princesa, but the city is governed independently from the province as a highly urbanized city.

Palawan is arguably one of the top tourist destinations in the tropical paradise of the Philippines. The province has lots of beautiful & stunning sights that are responsible for making this island so breathtakingly irresistible to backpackers. Its best assets include beaches, caves, lagoons, mangroves, the rain forest, coral reefs and clear blue waters. One has to visit all the islands of Palawan to understand how hard the local people and government have worked to preserve the place. Palawan is one of the most protected provinces in the country.

The trek allows you to touch the very mountain that enclosed the Palawan Undergraound River. It is a a 30-min hike, crossing the Cabayugan River twice.

The management of the renowned Puerto Princesa Underground River (PPUR) in Palawan is set to open a new community-based sustainable tourism attraction in Sitio Sabang, Barangay Cabayugan called the “DAYLIGHT HOLE CAVE.” The cavity of the Daylight Hole Cave, as seen from the inside, is measured to be approximately 32 meters wide and 28 meters high. The site was stunning which made it a worthwhile trek.
